· Develop chart of accounts & accounting system to streamline and automate business functions
· Develop GL accounting system to coincide with FTA National Transit Database reporting system
· Integrate 3rd party payroll with a variety of accounting software packages
Audit Coordination
· Year end reconciliation of GL accounts
· Perform internal audits of Authority administration, fixed route and demand response contractor operations
· Perform internal audits of National Transit Database reporting structure, including survey compliance
Financial Analysis and Reporting
· Prepare state wide program preview (MA)
· Develop net cost of service reporting system (MA)
· Prepare cost analysis for a variety of projects
